Refund and Cancellation Policy

Manvidya is committed to providing exceptional services. We want that clients feel out comfortable about transacting with us. We understand that there may be circumstances where client need to cancel or request a refund. Please read our Cancellation & Refund Policy to understand our guidelines for handling such requests.

1. Refund Process:
• All refund and cancellation, rescheduling requests must be sent to us on email at manvidyaa@gmail.com, with registered name, phone number, email, and original payment receipt.
• All refunds for any online or offline services, will be credited back to your account after deducting the 10% from the final refund amount, considering the expenses under operative and processing activities, payment gateway charges and taxes etc.
• All refunds will be credited back to your account within 7-10 business days after the receipt of refund request.

2. You are not eligible for refunds or credits: (Applicable to any Online paid webinar, workshop, counselling, consulting, coaching, trainings, courses, and services.)
• For non-attendance without any prior communication at least 24 hours before the scheduled session/program/trainings/services.
• After rescheduling not attended. i.e. cannot be issued for non-attendance after rescheduling.
• If you have attended, accessed, viewed, or downloaded the any part or section or material.
• If you do not notify in writing about your cancellation or reschedule, or do not attend the as per the scheduled, you would not be offered a refund nor the option to reschedule.

3. Webinar Refund Policy:
• We aim to provide valuable insights in our all-online Webinars. If you wish to cancel your participation in a paid webinar, please notify us at least 24 hours before the webinar by emailing to manvidyaa@gmail.com, cancellations made after this period will not be eligible for any refund at any circumstances.
• In case you would want to shift yourself to another webinar batch (this depends on the availability). Just send an email to us with your registered name, email, phone number & a copy of your payment receipt at manvidyaa@gmail.com, up-till 240 minutes before the webinar starts.

4. Timely arranged Training or Workshop or Courses Refund Policy:
• Refund policies for other timely arranged programs (sessions, trainings, workshops, or courses) may vary. For details on the refund policy for a specific program, please refer to the Registration information of the respective program.

5. Offline schedule – Refund policy:
• This is under any counselling, consulting, coaching, educating, courses, personal or business training or growth services – taken One-to-one session, Group sessions, Package services and any other session, training, courses, or workshop programs planned/scheduled/conducted in offline mode (unless specified on the registration page)
• Refund and Cancellations for scheduled such offline services, request must be made 72 hours in advance in written by emailing to manvidyaa@gmail.com.
• Late cancellations will result in non-refund and the forfeiture of that service.

6. Modifications to Terms:
• We reserve the right to update or modify Refund and cancellation policy at any time without prior notice. However, the policy in effect at the time of any prior transaction shall apply to such purchases despite any subsequent change in such policy.
• Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. Please review them periodically for any changes.
